1. Shipping origin
Afonte Plug is operated by ANDRADE LONGO LLC as an online retail store.
Products purchased through Afonte Plug are shipped directly from China through third party suppliers and fulfillment partners.
2. Processing time
Orders require 1 to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing may include order verification, preparation and transfer of the order to the applicable shipping provider.
3. Delivery time
The estimated delivery period is 12 to 24 business days after shipment.
The delivery period begins after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, transportation conditions, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
9. Delivery marked as completed
