1. General refund policy

Afonte Plug is an online store operated by ANDRADE LONGO LLC. Products are supplied by third party suppliers and shipped directly from China to the customer.

Afonte Plug does not receive physical product returns. When a refund is approved, the customer is not required to send the product back to us. After approval, the customer may keep or dispose of the product.

This policy applies to customers in the United States, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Canada and the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

2. Standard refund request period

Under our standard refund policy, customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.

The customer must contact us at contact@afonteplugshop.com within the applicable period and provide the order number and the information reasonably necessary to assess the request.

3. Circumstances eligible for a refund

A refund may be approved when:

1. The product arrives damaged.

2. The customer receives an incorrect item.

3. The order has not been delivered after the maximum stated delivery period.

4. The customer reports dissatisfaction with the product within the applicable period and provides a photograph of the product for review.

The information provided may be reviewed before a refund is approved.

4. Circumstances not eligible under the standard refund policy

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund under our standard refund policy:

1. The size selected by the customer is too small.

2. The customer expected a different color.

3. The customer has already used the product and requests an exchange.

These exclusions do not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. No physical return required

Afonte Plug does not require customers to physically return products in order to receive an approved refund.

Once a refund has been approved, the customer may keep the product or dispose of it. No physical return is required unless a mandatory legal requirement specifically provides otherwise.

6. How to request a refund

The request must be submitted within the applicable period. The customer should provide the order number, a description of the issue and, where applicable, photographs showing the relevant condition of the product.

7. European Union right of withdrawal

For consumers located in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts as provided by applicable EU consumer protection law.

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, without giving a reason.

The statutory 14 day withdrawal period is separate from the 30 day standard refund policy described above.

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision to withdraw clearly to:

Afonte Plug does not require the physical return of the goods when the company has waived the physical return requirement for the applicable withdrawal. In such circumstances, the customer may keep or dispose of the product.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory EU consumer rights concerning withdrawal, defective goods, lack of conformity or other statutory remedies.

8. Germany: Widerrufsbelehrung

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten, nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zu erstatten.

Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

Afonte Plug verzichtet bei einem genehmigten Widerruf auf die physische Rücksendung der Ware. Der Kunde muss die Ware daher nicht physisch zurücksenden und kann sie behalten oder entsorgen.

9. Refund processing

Once a refund has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund generally takes 5 to 15 business days to appear on the customer's card statement or payment account, depending on the payment processor, card issuer and banking institution.

The transaction may appear on the customer's card statement under the descriptor AFONTEPLUG.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces any mandatory statutory consumer protection rights applicable to a customer under the law of the customer's country or region.
